Sports Health- Prevent Sports Injuries
The majority of injuries in sports are due to not enough training, body structure defects, or body weakness. With certain safety measures, many injuries could be avoided. Here some ways to avoid sports injuries:
- Warm up before you do any physical activity
- Don’t concentrate on only one muscle group when exercising. Instead, alternate.
- Following your exercise, make sure to cool down.
- Stretching your muscles can improve performance and help reduce the risk of injuring yourself.
